Please revert back to were activity tab is opened when clicking a customer card and not diverting to the conversation tab. Lets stop trying to fix what isn't broken.

The Customer Card again launches to the previous tab you were on (unless the previous tab was Open; then it launches to Activity by default) when opening a Customer Card from the Lead or Unreplied sidebar.

Please change this back, it has broken the flow of DriveCentric and is just completely unnecessary. The Activity tab is much more useful, especially as Management, and provides ALL the information. Having it default to the conversation screen is very disruptive, and is slowing everything down unnecessarily.

Activity View not the TERRIBLE Conversation View

Why force all of us to look at the insanely terrible conversation view when every one of us work out of Activity view? Did anyone think to ask the people who use the tool, or was this just a "great idea" by the people who do not?

Revert back to Activity Tab when Client Card / Profile is opened

This is an unnecessary update / change - opening to Activity, rather than Conversation allows the user to review the entire client information profile, new tasks, and recent interaction quickly and efficiently - "Activity" should be the default as it has always been - we work with hundreds of client leads daily and efficiency is paramount to our business - time is money - there should be no issue with quickly returning our system to open in the Activity setting, as this should be in your previous software files - please advise and respond quickly - Thanks, Barb Kinne Blasius Preowned -

Thanks for flagging this, Barbara Kinne — totally hear you on how disruptive that default change is when you’re moving through hundreds of leads a day. I’ve shared your note with the team so we can review switching the Client Card/Profile to open on the Activity tab by default again, and we’ll follow up as soon as we have an update.

Thanks for sharing this, E. Stewart — I hear you. If Activity View is where you and your team do most of your work, being pushed into Conversation View is going to feel really disruptive. I’m passing this feedback along to the team so we can review it, and if you’re open to it, could you share a bit more about what specifically breaks down for you in Conversation View (and what you rely on most in Activity View)? That context will help us evaluate the best path forward.
E. Stewart
Shelby Parker I understand the concept. Conversation view should be more intuitive. It like a normal text thread - just like our cell phones. Here’s the problem. We, as managers are mostly top down processors. We look at where we are right now, and then- if necessary- we dive deeper. Activity view makes this easy. Conversation view wastes our time, because it forces us to click around to see what is going on with the prospect. We don’t have the luxury of having our time wasted. Activity view allows us to see what we want to see. Snapshot, deep-dive, or scroll to read everything. We are in control of our time. Please fix this now. It’s a bigger deal than you realize.
E. Stewart
Agree completely. Now it is broken. They need to fix it.

100% agree- The activity screen is easier to read and my team only uses the conversation screen to click on a hyperlink- which would also make sense to have that ability to do from the Activity screen. Please revert to the previous way- this change was not a needed option!
