Lead Sources

Currently, DriveCentric only allows lead sources such as Campaign, Internet, Phone, and Showroom. We would like the ability to create and customize additional lead source categories, specifically for phone calls.
Our dealership utilizes both BDC representatives and salespeople to handle inbound phone leads. At this time, all phone leads are grouped under the single "Phone" source. When we pull phone reports for BDC users, the results also include phone leads that were entered by salespeople, making it difficult to accurately measure true BDC performance.
We would like the ability to create separate phone lead sources, such as:
Inbound BDC Call
Inbound Salesperson Call
Having distinct phone lead sources would allow us to:
Accurately track BDC-generated opportunities.
Separate salesperson-generated phone leads from BDC leads.
Improve reporting and accountability.
Include these sources in Delivery Summary and other performance reports.
Potentially eliminate the need for an additional third-party tracking system currently used to categorize these leads.
This enhancement would provide more accurate reporting, better operational visibility, and greater flexibility for dealerships with dedicated BDC teams.
