I would like to be able to have the system rotate leads based on the 30 min rule after we open. Example a lead comes in at 11:00 pm on Monday, gets assigned to Bob for Tuesday AM 9:00 when we open, at 9:30 if its not answered, it rotates Round Robin according to the business rule set up. We do not want them rotated until 30 min after we open, not the middle of the night.
