Lead redistribution for orphaned customers

After a Sales Consultant or BDC rep is no longer with the company, I would like to be able to redistribute the lead based on the status, not all at once or by a single customer at a time. Example, redistribute all open leads to sales consultants but all sold or dead deals to Genius AI or BDC representatives.
