Lead reassignment report

having the ability to generate a report that shows leads that were reassigned so that management can focus on salesmen that aren't responding in time.

Thanks for sharing this, Zach Irvin — totally get why a lead reassignment report would be valuable for management follow-up. To make sure we’re designing the right thing, could you clarify what you’d want the report to answer (just which leads were reassigned, or also who reassigned them, the from/to salesperson, and/or the reason)? Also, what timeframe and rollups would be most useful (daily/weekly/monthly, grouped by salesperson vs team/store, etc.)? And lastly, how do you define “not responding in time” in your workflow—what counts as a response, and what’s the expected turnaround?

Shelby Parker, what I mean by responded to in time is we have it set to automatically reassign after 15 minutes of no first contact by a salesperson. so a lead comes in, the AI responds instantly (too fast honestly) but a salesperson doesn't for 15 mins then the system reassigns to the next person in the rotation. I want the report to tell me how many were reassigned from each salesperson, I don't care about who reassigned them because it's automatic, not when a manager reassigns because someone isn't available. I want to be able to see it by day, week, month, year or a specified date range chosen by the manager running the report. if it can't do how many per salesperson, at least list them all and show the to and from in another column
