If you are in rotation to get an internet lead and you check someone in the showroom you should be automatically taken out of the round robin and placed back in when your customer is checked out of the showroom. This would prevent someone who has a customer from getting a lead they can't work immediately

Totally hear you on wanting the round robin to automatically pause when someone checks a customer into the showroom and then resume once they’re checked out, so leads don’t go to someone who can’t jump on them right away.
