- What’s the main goal for mass reassigning leads by source—workload balancing, routing to a specific team/person, correcting past assignments, or something else?
- When you say “open leads only,” which lead statuses should be included and excluded in your workflow?
- Should the reassignment apply to all leads from the selected source(s) across all time, or only within a specific timeframe (e.g., last 7/30/90 days)?
