I'm requesting a way to filter my workplan by MY Latest Attempt to contact a customer. I noticed it counts ai responses under the Latest Attempt column, but we have coverage rules and I work at the enterprise level, so I have a pretty hefty workplan at times, so if it says the last attempt was 2 days ago but I haven't reached out in 4 days, I'm out of coverage and I didn't know to prioritize that lead because it was showing me 2 days because the ai reached out.
