Sorry you’re running into this, Chuck Sherman — I can see how late + repeated notifications (on top of things feeling slow) would be really frustrating. To help us narrow it down, could you share: which notification types are showing up late/repeating (new lead, appointment, message, task, etc.) and whether you’re seeing it on the web, the mobile app, or both? Also, are the repeats exact duplicates of the same event, or separate updates about the same person that you’d still want—just not multiple times? And lastly, what timing would feel “on time” to you (seconds vs a few minutes), and about how late are they arriving right now?
