I would love the ability to see the Dead Deal Reason Note included on the mining columns with out going to the customers profile to view notes

It has been possible to add a column filter for "dead note" for a long time. I used it as recently as early July 2025, and I guess a recent update took it away. Makes it EXTREMELY difficult to put together a bad lead credit report for 3rd parties....Our store has close to 100 of them from July, and now I will have to go into each deal one by one to copy the dead note.

Last note does not show the last "call note" or the last "checkout note", it only shows that last "note". Can we get this column in the pipeline buckets that are called "last note" to reflect the actual last note regardless of the type of note it is? As an example, the last note in the Visit or Proposal buckets may likely be the "checkout note" - but it will not reflect.

Great to hear your perspective, Daniella Kutter! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of scenarios where having the last note of any type visible would be beneficial?
- Are there specific note types that should be prioritized if multiple notes are made at the same time?
- How frequently do you encounter issues with the current last note display, and how does it impact your workflow?

- The last note from any type being visible would be beneficial in the same way that having the last note from "note" is. Managers are able to go through filters at a glance and see what happened during the last touch point - it would be more effective while prospecting than having to open every profile.
- Last note should be the last note, whatever is in that column should be the most recent update on the customer/deal
- Every day our management team is looking through engaged, visit & proposal as well as mining through different customer buckets. It takes longer to dig into each profile when you should be able to see what happened in the list view.
