Landscape video not working

Taking a video through the Video Library will only work in Portrait mode not landscape mode.
Going through the customer card I was prompted FX and Pro mode. I clicked on Pro mode and I was able to get landscape mode. I do not see FX or Pro mode when going through the DriveCentric app icon>Video library>Plus icon on the top right>Take Video

Thanks for flagging this, Timothy Lee — sorry you’re running into that. It’s really helpful context that landscape works when you launch video from the customer card (with FX/Pro mode), but not from the DriveCentric app icon > Video Library > + > Take Video where those options don’t appear and it stays portrait-only. I’m sharing this with the team to investigate, and if you’re able to send a quick screen recording or the exact device/OS version you’re on, that would help us reproduce it faster.
