Label Eblasts to Show What Mining Section or Filters Have Been Used

Absolutely love that we can easily eblast from mining, but I would love some way to label the eblast/mining segment more closely as the only label that shows up is for the template. I have monthly offers that I send out to different categories of our database and I don't expect customers coming out of contract to open/respond the same way as our orphan customers, but it's still worth it to email our orphan customers too! It would be great to identify which eblast went to which mining segment without having to keep a separate document keeping notes on the eblasts.
Whether that is an extra column in the eblast page showing the name of the mining segment or showing which filters are used. Or even just a field when setting up the eblast to label it myself and that would show on the eblast page. A little bit more clarity would be amazing with these eblasts!
