Add a filter drop down or an Advanced Search option to be able to narrow down search. For instance, filter only your customers or by date range to help locate a specific customer. By vehicle type on deal as well.

Seach note section for specific keywords

Ashley Kanuszewski
It would be nice to be able to search the notes section under the green tab for specific key words. Example - Customer wants a 22 Tahoe LT. If I put that in the notes section, it would be nice to have the ability to do an advanced search where I could search that note for specific keywords.

Hello Ashley Kanuszewski! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently do you anticipate using the keyword search feature in the notes section?
- Are there specific types of keywords or phrases you often need to search for in the notes?
- Would you prefer the search to be case-sensitive or case-insensitive?

One of the CRM's we worked with has a feature that lets you search by a key word in the notes...for example "Tahoe"...it is a great search tool...thanks for listening

Hey Kris Reindel, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more examples of the types of filters you would find useful?
- How often do you anticipate using this advanced search feature?
- Would you like the ability to save your search filters for future use?
K
Kris Reindel
Shelby Parker 1) Salesperson, sale date range, vehicle year/make/model, delivered or prospect, first name/last name.
2) Usage at least 1-2 times per day to locate specific files or customers
3) Not necessary to save filters, just an ability to select them from a list.

Activity history should be searchable for keywords.

Yes this would be incredibly helpful. There are times where I've completely forgotten a customers name from weeks or months ago, who specifically asked me to reach out to them if we got in a certain vehicle. I remember taking notes on the vehicle they wanted, but can't remember their name, so I can't search for them. If I could just type in the keyword for the vehicle, it would be a lot faster and easier

I second this - Customer notes search is actually incredibly beneficial when those fresh trades come in.
