It would be helpful to keep the co-buyer credit application linked to the buyer after a deal has been pushed to the DMS. It currently disappears and creates slow downs and issues if you need to modify anything in finance process

It is. once pushed the co-app is no longer linked to the app after sold. I have noticed the SSN no longer blows out, which is nice though.

Mike Ferency, can you confirm if this is still happening? The co-buyer application should continue to be linked to the buyer after a deal has been pushed to the DMS. If this is still happening I will have our team investigate.

Mike Ferency, I would like to confirm if this is still happening so we can investigate further. Can you confirm?

Great to hear your perspective, Mike Ferency! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific issues or slowdowns are caused by the co-buyer credit application disappearing?
- How often do you encounter the need to modify the co-buyer credit application after a deal is pushed?
- Are there any specific features or functionalities you would like to see in the process of linking the co-buyer credit application?

Shelby Parker the over all fact that it is no longer linked in inconvenient.
Specific example. We can't push the deal and start loading it unit we have all ID quiz complete creates a slow down.
If customer app needs to be modified at all, repush the info after its pushed this is no longer an option.
Example we were staring a deal off thinking a bank would be best. We needed to switch to a CUDL program and couldn't push to the complete at to CUDL since it disappeared.
Need a new copy of compliance docs after sale for office and we can't just pull the profile up and print since it has disappeared.
