Internet Leads - 1st chance to one with best closing %

I wanted to tier the notifications on internet leads, for example, I want my best closer to get 90s to grab the lead before anyone else, then notify the second best closer and then another 90s before notifying the third best closer, and so on.

Tyler Dunn Thank you for the feature request! Question for you on this, is there a reason you are not adjusting the Distribution for leads and spreading them out by a few minutes so one user would get the notification and if the lead is not answered it could move to the next user? I would do this via Round Robin, that way you can control the user who is assigned (and notified) and if that user doesn't respond it can move to another user? I hope this makes sense! Thank you!

Shawn Goebel So I could just setup a 1 user round round in this example, then next rule priority would be the next user in a 1 used round robin? How long does it take before moving onto the next rule?

Tyler Dunn: Yes, what I think makes the most sense (and please tell me if I am off on this) is you first set us a distribution as a round robin. If you set that up, you can adjust that user easily to whenever you would like. I would then add a Rotate rule to run a few minuets after with whatever users you would like. You can add rules to ignore the Rotate rule if the lead has been answered. This gives you the ability to give your best users first crack at a lead and then if they don't answer it within whatever timeframe you'd like and if they don't answer it, you can give other users the ability to answer the lead. Does that make sense?minutes

Shawn Goebel I think so, i'm just not sure how to do it. Are we able to schedule a call to go over the possibility

Thank you for posting, Tyler Dunn! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you clarify how you determine the 'best closer'? Is it based on their closing percentage, number of sales, or some other metric?
- How would you like the system to handle situations where the 'best closer' is unavailable or does not respond within the 90 seconds?
- Are there any specific conditions or exceptions where this tiered notification system should not apply?

Shelby Parker 1) closing % over the last 90 days
2) then it notifies the second best based off of closing % over the last 90 days, at that point the best and second best would both have access to the lead. If neither one get it, then it opens up to the third as well
3) none currently come to mind
