Creating documents that are interactive and require them to be completely filled out before the ability to print or move to the next form can happen. Being able to save them to the secure portal and push them to the dms would be great.

Thanks for posting this, Joshua Coffield — really helpful idea, and I can see how an interactive “must-complete” checklist would tighten up the workflow. A couple quick questions so we can scope it correctly: which specific documents/forms are you looking to make interactive (delivery checklist, credit app, service RO, compliance forms, etc.), and who’s completing them (internal staff, the customer, or both)? When you say “completely filled out,” what should qualify as complete — required fields, signatures/initials, attachments, or some combination? And once it’s finished, what’s the ideal flow: save the completed doc into the customer’s secure portal and then push to the DMS automatically, or only when someone manually chooses to send it?

Shelby Parker Ideally we would be able to make the entire deal pack interactive. Therefore you could not print or finish without finishing the entire forms pack. Which includes the check list, we owe, insurance, payoff etc. Would be internal sales staff and customer would sign the forms with an ipad as well. We would save the pdfs and manually push them to the dms digital deal pack.
