When working a deal with multiple trade in vehicles, only the first trade will automatically push to our DMS (Automate). When I contacted support they said per their integration only one trade will push to the DMS. This makes for a lot of repeated work to enter the trades into the CRM and then turn around and do it all over again in the DMS. Shocked we have this issue with DriveCentric, even the old CRM we left to join up with DriveCentric was able to do this and they were awful!
