I'd love to be able to turn off InSite activity on customers after they've bought a vehicle and taken delivery.

Thanks for sharing this, Niquita Lorett — totally hear you on wanting to quiet things down once a customer has taken delivery. To make sure we’re solving the right problem, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers: what’s the main driver for turning off InSite activity post-delivery (reducing team noise, avoiding outreach to sold customers, reporting accuracy, customer experience, etc.)? Would you want this to apply to every customer automatically after delivery, or only certain scenarios (specific lead sources/deal types/segments)? And if InSite activity is “off,” should those events be fully hidden/ignored in your workflows, or still captured somewhere for reference/reporting?

Shelby Parker We have quite a few customers who are on our website 6+ times a day. I'd like the option to turn it off on those customers creating additional workflow. The data would still need to be captured but if we could turn off the notifications it would be helpful at this location. I don't think it's helpful to turn it off automatically but would be extremely helpful if we could have the option in case it keeps happening.
