Individual versus business

We need a feature that allows us to place a customer's individual and business account in a file. the system does not search for dupes or recognize dupes even if phone number and email are the same.

- How should the system differentiate between individual and business accounts when they share the same contact information?
- What specific criteria should the system use to identify and manage duplicate accounts?

Shelby Parker As it is, business accounts NEVER show as a possible match to an individual account. It may be helpful to reference other CRMs. Many use a household feature, where family members and/or a business can be saved in the household, so they all show connected. I'm doing one today. William S Lenihan, whose business is William S Lenihan, DDS. If i create a new business file, then it will not even show them as possible match, when looking at customer card. That seems almost silly.
