Include the message from the Customer in the Push Notification

Whenever I get a notification that a customer sends a message, the notification just says, "[customer name] sent a message." Why can't the ping notification just show me the message?! [customer name] sent a text/email: "hey i cant make it today, i need to re-schedule" or "im so pissed you guys keep asking me to come back to sign more papers".
As a dealer principal, I watch out for customer sentiment and to watch out for customers asking questions that I know salespeople will need help with so I can step in.
The way DriveCentric is now, I get all these notifications, but I do not know which ones I truly need to pay attention to and respond appropriately.
Our previous CRM had the capability to just send customer messages (both email and text) in the ping notification and helped me out alot. Now with DriveCentric, i stopped paying attention because there are so many messages that its impossible for me to take the time to look through all of them. Most of them are innocuous and don't need me to intervene, but unfortunately, I have missed many that, if I had seen the message, I would have been able to assist.

Hey Omniah Grace, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific types of messages (e.g., text, email) do you want to be included in the push notifications?
- How frequently do you receive these notifications, and what volume of messages do you typically handle daily?
- Are there any privacy or security concerns we should consider when including message content in notifications?
