Thanks for sharing this, Matthew Barker — totally hear you on how much smoother it’d be to pull those docs right from the desking tool. To make sure we’re solving the right thing, could you clarify a couple details: which documents are must-haves for you (invoices, OEM/dealer incentives, window stickers, etc.), and are there any others you rely on? At what point in the deal flow do you typically need them (building the deal, before presenting numbers, at signing), and what’s the main pain today with having to grab them elsewhere? And when you say “pull,” is the goal mainly to view them in-tool, download/print them, or have key values auto-applied to the deal numbers?

Shelby Parker, we utilize the OEM invoice, window sticker, and incentives in all aspects of the deal. Currently, we have to click off of DriveCentric to find all of that information. Ford Direct had tabs for all of those items within the desking tool. When I refer to pulling them, I mean downloading, printing, and/or viewing. It would greatly streamline the process.
