Looking for a general tab for all inbound sales calls. Currently in Call Logs we are only seeing calls to specific sales rep.

Thanks for flagging this, Mark Krick — totally hear you on wanting a single place to see all inbound sales calls (not just rep-specific logs). To make sure we’re scoping the right “general tab,” can you share: what the main goal is (manager visibility, routing/assignment, reporting, etc.)? Which calls you’d expect to show up there (all inbound sales calls regardless of rep, only unassigned calls, or just calls to a shared/main sales number)? And who should have access to that view (everyone, managers only, or specific teams)?
