Inbound Call Log Fixed to Sales Dept Only

We would like the Department on the Call Log to default to the Sales Department only. We do not have inbound calls from the Service Dept being shared to our CRM tool from Car Wars.

- Can you confirm if the Sales Department should be the default for all inbound calls, or are there specific conditions where another department should be selected?
- Are there any specific scenarios where calls from the Service Department should be logged in the CRM, or should they always be excluded?
- Would you like any notifications or alerts if a call is mistakenly logged under the wrong department?
