Additional Benefit --- We had a similar technology with eLeads - it allowed the person taking an inbound call to quickly have the client profile pop-up in a chat box, upon click they were fast tracked into the client profile, and it allowed for a much smoother transition into the client conversation. Fumbling to get an account open can be a 100% call killer!!!

My desk phone is not the best at displaying missed calls and voice messages. It is a very tiny message/icon and is very easy to miss. This feature would ensure I never miss another customer attempting to reach me.

Could you please specify the preferred method for receiving these missed call notifications (email, SMS, app notification, etc.)?
Would you like to have the option to customize who in your team receives these notifications?
Are there specific times or conditions under which you would prefer not to receive these notifications?

I recently got a call from a customer and didn't realize it until two days later because they didn't leave a voicemail, I think a notification would prevent that
