Additional Benefit --- We had a similar technology with eLeads - it allowed the person taking an inbound call to quickly have the client profile pop-up in a chat box, upon click they were fast tracked into the client profile, and it allowed for a much smoother transition into the client conversation. Fumbling to get an account open can be a 100% call killer!!!

My desk phone is not the best at displaying missed calls and voice messages. It is a very tiny message/icon and is very easy to miss. This feature would ensure I never miss another customer attempting to reach me.

- Could you please specify the preferred method for receiving these missed call notifications (email, SMS, app notification, etc.)?
- Would you like to have the option to customize who in your team receives these notifications?
- Are there specific times or conditions under which you would prefer not to receive these notifications?

I recently got a call from a customer and didn't realize it until two days later because they didn't leave a voicemail, I think a notification would prevent that
