seeing every time minimize option would be nice

Thanks for flagging this, Gil Garcia — totally hear you on how disruptive that is mid-call. To help us understand the impact and reproduce it: when you’re on a call, what are you trying to view or do in the “Recent customer” section that the banner is covering? Are you seeing this every time, or only in certain cases (specific page like a Lead/Customer record, particular screen size, device, etc.)? And in an ideal setup, would you want the banner to never overlap that area, or would a dismiss/minimize option during the call be an acceptable fix?
