improved filtering option within the Workplan

Right now, the Workplan can become cluttered with leads that may not require the same level of follow-up, making it harder to prioritize the customers who need immediate attention. Having more advanced filtering options would allow us to organize the Workplan based on lead type, status, age, source, address (in state/out of state), and other relevant criteria. Also, there is no way to put in leads in an accurate chronological order in the workplan.
This would make the Workplan much more efficient and help us focus our time on the leads that are most likely to convert.

Thanks for sharing this, Ana Long — totally hear you on how quickly the Workplan can get cluttered and make prioritization harder. The added filtering (lead type/status/age/source/in- vs out-of-state, etc.) and the ability to sort leads in a true chronological order would definitely help streamline the workflow. I’m looping this into our team’s review, and if we need any extra details on your ideal sort/filter setup, we’ll follow up.
