Important filter modification.

We need a filter under the leads tab that doesn't force us to use a date range just to see every active "open deal" that we have in our system. The date range when looking for active deals is almost useless, no one ever has enough active deals that a date range is needed to find a specific customer. We just need Alive or Dead tab. Thank you!

I know we have the "deal Stage" but it forces me to have a date range just to see everyone and that is not efficient at alll. Under the leads tab should show all leads and then we filter from Alive or dead or whichever filter someone wants to use.
