Hi there!!! It would be extremely helpful if we could import lists or CSV files into the CRM. GM has several different manifest each month and it would be beneficial and give us a way to track that the follow up in indeed being done. Think about it, please. Thank you!

This is still a critical problem.
There are ways to bypass the list upload block and add customers as a series of campaign leads, but then you blow up the sidewall lead tracker.
It's complete insanity that we have to use a completely separate tool in order to be able to send email blasts to customers after downloading the mandated lists from the OEM. It's a complete joke.

We would like to request the ability to upload CSV files (such as OEM manufacturer manifest lists) and enroll those customers directly into campaigns.
Manufacturers routinely provide customer lists for things like:
• Warranty outreach
• Loyalty programs
• Recall notifications
• Upgrade opportunities
In every CRM we’ve used previously, we were able to import these lists, match them to existing records (or create new ones), and enroll them into targeted campaigns.
Currently, we do not have an efficient way to execute these OEM-driven initiatives within DriveCentric.
Having a CSV import tool that allows us to match customers and assign them to campaigns would greatly improve our ability to support manufacturer programs, retention efforts, and lifecycle marketing.
This would be a very valuable enhancement to the platform.

Manifest lists upload

We are asked to download manifest lists from the manufacturers monthly. CRMs I have used in the past allowed us to upload those lists to turn them into actionable campaigns. This would be the last thing that really stands out as a weakness of DriveCentric!

Great to hear your perspective, Jay Sherman! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific data fields are included in the manifest lists that need to be uploaded?
- How frequently do you need to update or modify these manifest lists once they are uploaded?
- Are there any specific campaign types or actions you would like to automate using the uploaded manifest lists?

- customer name, phone, email, vehicle, etc. But most customer on the manifest should already be in Drivecentric
- Upload monthly, then everything should be worked in the individual customer accoount
- email blasts, phone calls on work plans, AI follow up

Prospecting List Import into DriveCentric

We need to have the ability to upload a .csv file of prospect lists in order to email and call them. The factory gives us hand raiser and other prospecting lists to follow up on, and we have to manually enter each prospect from the list separately. This takes way too much time. Other CRMs allowed us to import these lists and set up marketing campaigns.

If this is not added soon then DC is totally missing the boat. Features like this is exactly why CRMs should exist.

The lists should be able to be separated from normal customer database so that when mainfest offers expire we can expunge the list from the CRM

YES! Most CRMs do this already.
