Shawn Goebel this is where the problem lies, we were told when we signed up for DriveCentric we HAVE TO do videos to be competitive. We took this 1 step further and hired a videographer....our BDC agent will Tag the videographer on every lead to get a PERSONALIZED video....however when the Videographer sends the video, it starts a new text thread....this is very confusing for customers because the AI tool will text, the agent will text and the videographer will text....creating 3 seperate threads. Does this make sense???

This would be a very valuable tool. Video being at the forefront of your CRM platform, having this capability would enhance the customer experience to ensure the customer has a clear understanding of who has sent the video.

Eric Luke Thank you for the feature request! Would you mind expanding on this? If you're recording a video for a customer on your phone, you would still want to impersonate another user? Or is the use case more about pre-recorded videos from the DriveCentric video library? Thank you!

Shawn Goebel We have a videographer that the BDC dispatches on every lead. The videographer does a personalized video for each client. The issue is if he were to send the video it would be coming from him and not the BDC agent. In most instances we are texting with the client, if the videographer sends the text it would start a new thread which would confuse the customer
