To make sure we’re solving the right thing, could you share a bit more on: which scenarios you’d want the clock to stop in (certain message types/sources/conversations), what should count as “ignored” from your perspective (no reply, marking it read, closing it, etc.), and what you’d expect after it’s stopped (stay stopped for that thread, or kick back in if a new message comes in)?
