There are softwares out there where when you text a customer with an Iphone that it will convert the message system into imessage. Which has been proven that the customer will psychologically trust and respond more to an imessage text than a normal green text message. It gives off scammy vibes.
Also when it comes to the opt in... You should make the feature to where we can still text the customer any customized text and then on a sentence under our paragraph make it known that if they respond they are opting in and text "no" to opt out.
These simple changes can DRASTICALLY change number of responses, and trustworthiness which will then lead to more sales.
It is the little things.
