Hey Morgan Luna, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- How should the Genius confirm that the customer no longer owns the vehicle before removing it from their garage?
- Is there a specific process or verification step you would like the Genius to follow before removing the vehicle?
- Should the customer receive a notification or confirmation once the vehicle is removed from their garage?

- The Genius already confirms this when they send us an alert in the Genius follow-up saying "customer no longer owns vehicle"
- Maybe a follow up question to the customer to ask if they still own any of the other vehicles listed on their account, if any, and/or to ask what they are currently driving.
- Yes, I think the confirmation can just be a continuation of the conversation. "Thank you for letting me know. I've removed the #model from your profile and noted that you're now enjoying a #newmakeandmodel."
