I want sales rep to be able to access other peoples customers but when a sales rep sends out a message I want only that person to be able to get notified that his customer responded instead of the whole store getting the reply message and having access to it

Hi Marco, thanks for the feedback! Our new Message Relay notifications allow you to do exactly what you're describing: if another salesperson messages a customer and the customer replies, the Sales1, Sales2, and BDC associated with that customer will be notified of the response.
