I cannot click to call anyone. I am a Sales Manager I should have full access please fix this and anything else and all access please.

Sorry you’re running into this, Frankie Diceglie — I can see how blocking click-to-call would be a big issue day-to-day. To help us pinpoint what’s going on, can you share where you’re trying to use click-to-call (lead/customer record, task, list view, or mobile app) and what you see when you click the number? Also, is it happening for every contact/phone number or only certain ones? And do you know when this started — has click-to-call ever worked for you in DriveCentric, or is this the first time you’ve tried it?
