To make sure we’re thinking about the right behavior: when you search a VIN, should the results include leads only, customers only, or both (and do you want duplicates/merged records included)? Should it pull matches across all time, or only within certain date ranges/statuses (like active/open only)? And for it to feel “complete” on your end, would you expect just a list of matching people/leads, or also the related inquiry + vehicle/inventory activity history for each match?
