How an email comes across a customers inbox. Let's get more detail

Our emails deliver to the customer as our names. For example when a test email delivered to my inbox it just said "Holly Howdeshell" not where i was from or anything else besides the subject line but i think it would be great if it could say "Holly Howdeshell - Flagstaff Nissan Subaru" that way it's easier to tell whose emailing! Please :)

Thanks for sharing this, Holly Howdeshell — totally hear you on how that could make emails much clearer at a glance. This is really helpful context, and I’m looping it in with the team for review; if we need any additional details (like where you’d want the dealership name pulled from), I’ll follow up.

Thanks for posting this, Holly Howdeshell — really appreciate the suggestion! Totally hear you on how helpful it would be for recipients to see both the sender name and the dealership (e.g., “Holly Howdeshell – Flagstaff Nissan Subaru”) right in the inbox. I’m sharing this with the team for review, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from you.
