Hot Leads sorted to top of every search

Once a client has been marked as a hot lead with the flame icon, those should auto filter to the top of every page. While you can filter down to these clients, it would be helpful to be able to see a full list with these clients pulled to the top.

I can see how having Hot Leads automatically float to the top (without needing to filter) would make it much easier to review the full list at a glance.
