Highlight Client Messages in feed

There are often several dealer messages for every client message, so they get lost. Notes have a unique background. Client messages should also have a unique color scheme - maybe black text on yellow background - and automated messages should be de-emphasized - light grey on dark grey?

- How frequently do you encounter the issue of client messages getting lost among dealer messages?

Shelby Parker - A client message is an inbound response sent FROM the client. They are easy to miss in the ACTIVITY tab, but very clear in the CONVERSATION tab. The CONVERSATION tab is already color coded, but I spend most of my time in ACTIVITY.

Shelby Parker - HIde All But Last Automated Messages would also be a helpful toggle for both screens. There is a lot of clutter in the activity screen that makes it hard to find information from the data.
