1.Clicks on key elements like my name, vehicle info, Carfax link, pricing, and contact/location. Also, what parts of the email are being ignored.
2.Daily. I’d use it for every customer email to understand engagement—not just for campaigns.
3.One-on-one customer emails, especially with leads who open every message but never reply. I want to know what’s catching their attention.
