Have Veronica send out email blasts

It would be very helpful to have Veronica send out an email blast to sold customers (even if the deal is deaded out but still sold) 7-8 months after buying to ask the customer if they are ready to re-finance. In drive if you try to find sold customers within a certain time frame not all of them are there because some are deaded out or maybe someone forgot to mark it as sold. We've been told to dead out a lead after it sells so it doesn't come up in our no follow ups and pile up. It is difficult to re-engage customers for re-financing if it doesn't show every sold customer no matter the profile status. Otherwise we have to sit and go through every single sold, every single deaded out lead to find the ones that sold and manually send them an email which takes an incredible amount of time that could be spent doing other things. I'm sure it would be helpful for other email blasts as well.

- How frequently should the email blasts be sent out after the initial 7-8 month period?
