Have eit customer button vs the little edit pen or pencil.

I have too may managers calling me asking how to edit a customers name or capitalization. I have to tell them to click on the little pen or pencil that pops up next to customer phone or email. The implication is that clicking those would be to edit the custoer phone or email...NOT take you to the edit customer info page.
