When searching for customers, if there is a slight typo the search should still present similar customer options. (Ex. When typing in Samul, customers with the name Samuel should populate.)

Enhance the search bar functionality to recognize and return results for commonly misspelled or phonetically similar names. For example, if a user searches for "Sean Smith" but the correct spelling is "Shawn Smith," the search should still return relevant results.

Jacob Coleman this is a major issue with Drive and needs fixed. I've never worked with a CRM where the search function is this terrible when it comes to one minor error in spelling. I'd like to add the ability to us "&" in the search. customer business has an "&" in the name, I type the first word and it shows up, then as soon as I type "&" all results are wiped "no results found..."

Allow search to be approximate instead of EXACT. Saves a lot of time if you cannot remember how to spell a name, or street address.

When you search for a customer, instead of giving you with "does not exist," assume there is a chance we spelled the name wrong and may need some alternatives that are kind of similar.

LOVE THIS PLATFORM but one thing I noticed on our old CRM software is it would find similar names when typing and even misspelling names. Can you make possible for all 'close' names to appear in searches?
