grey scroll tab you cant tell shades apart

When you have a profile pulled up it has a two toned scroll bar on the side. It is too close to tell where its located. I try to drag it up and down but I click the wrong portion of grey then boom now I am all the way to the bottom. Yes I could fix this with a mouse. Yes I am on a computer. My desk is small. I would highly prefer not having the clutter of a mouse on my desk. thanks

Totally hear you on how frustrating that is, especially if you’re using a trackpad and the scrollbar shades are too similar to reliably grab.
