I would like a column that displays the time to respond based on when the user grabbed the deal.

Here is a scenario. Lead comes in at 10 AM. 25 minutes it sits in the queue. It is then grabbed at 10:25 AM. The salesperson who grabs it takes the 3 minutes to respond. The salesperson replied in 3 minutes but is dinged with a 28-minute response time.

The Grabbed Deal Response column would display 3 minutes in this scenario.
