To help us pinpoint what’s happening, can you share which exact trade payoff sheet/report you’re running (the name of it and where you access it in DriveCentric)? Also, are you seeing the VIN mismatch on every deal that has a trade-in, or only on certain deals? And just to confirm, should the sheet be showing the trade-in VIN only (or both sold + trade-in), and where on the sheet is it currently pulling the sold VIN?
