Quick couple clarifiers so we can make sure we’re thinking about the right spot/behavior: which “bottom right tab” do you mean (the conversations/messages widget, a specific section, or something else)? And when a customer replies, what should count as a trigger — only brand-new inbound messages, or also replies tied to certain channels/campaigns (SMS/email/chat, etc.)? Lastly, what do you want the notification to do: just a visual badge until you open the thread, or should it persist/clear based on a specific action?
