Currently there is an all or nothing set up for the Genius to send out appointment confirmations to clients. As an ultra luxury location, we often have what we call go-see test drive appointments where we go to a client at their place of employment or home. The appointment confirmation Genius sends out includes the dealer address causing confusion for the client with this type of appointment. As a result, we are not setting these appointments in the CRM; which causes inaccurate reporting. The addition of a go-see appointment for sales where the Genius does NOT send out appointment confirmations would be something we would use regularly.
