GM INCENTIVE FORM

GM has an incentive acknowledgement form which requires the program name, the program code, the dollar amount, the qualifiers, etc. It is a very time consuming form to fill out on every new car deal, especially when there are usually 5-10 separate rebates/qualifiers. Being that DriveCentric has every single rebate, code, dollar amount, etc. built into the desking tool, it would be a benefit to add the selected rebates to the form, that could print directly out of Drive at the time of sale. This would be a HUGE time saving tool that would make everyone's job in the dealership easier, from the salesperson, desking manager, finance manager, the office staff, and most importantly, the customer.

Great to hear your perspective, Ivan McGary! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information from the desking tool should be automatically populated into the GM incentive form?
- Are there any specific formats or templates required for the GM incentive form when printed?
- How frequently do the rebate codes and dollar amounts change, and how should updates be managed in the system?

Shelby Parker I have attached a copy of the form filled out with the incentives. I was able to print this form as is from Vinsolutions. This is a major time savings with this pre-populated. Typically incentives changes at the beginning of the month and occasionally they will add additional incentives through the month. If the automatic system is updated these should pull over from that system.
