Getting into Drive Centric on my phone

Why are you playing games, I asked for a password reset, and I put my name in, but no rest code ever shows up no matter how many times i try.

I am getting the request on my phone my computer works fine. the code is supposed to come by email, but it never arrives and I have been trying for several days. they real issue however, is that it my job on the lot to sell cars and send VIDEO, which I can't do when I have cooooooooooooooontinually run in to my computer to try and reset my password which is encoded in my computer drive centric. Why do you waist my time?

Sorry you’re running into this, James Gordon — I can see how frustrating that is, and it’s definitely not what we want. To help us narrow down what’s happening: when you request the reset, what’s the last step you’re able to complete, and are you expecting the code via email or SMS text? Also, which contact method are you checking (the email address or phone number on the account), and do you still have access to it? Lastly, are you doing the reset from the DriveCentric mobile app, or in a web browser on your phone?

Shelby Parker you don't see to be listening to anything i say. I have my phone with me, I put my name in for an email return that never comes, but the only reason I am sending for a new password is because it doesn't take the password that is in my computer which is automatic so I don't have to look it up on my computer, the one I enter is the one I think is on my computer but it doesn't tell me what it is, so I have to guess at it and I think i remember but it doesn't work so have to reset for no reason, only because this stupid system wants me to sign in on drive centric which I neve had to do before, but your system won't let me cancel the log in. why do you think sales people have nothing to do but run in to reset a password. Is this a game?
