Genius should state that it is "a {insert Title from User Management}" when introducing itself to customers.

We named our AI assistant "Hailey Bradley." It would be great if the AI assistant would introduce herself as "Hailey Bradley, a sales assistant for [salesperson name], or some equivalent. Our clientele are largely seniors, and many have given "negative feedback" that winds up shutting off the AI Genius because they don't realize that "Hailey Bradley" is working with their salesperson.
